GOAL: To equip students to use cycling as a tool to improve their health, social and emotional well-being and cognitive function today and throughout their lives.
​

Objectives:

Identify and demonstrate the set of essential skills necessary for handling and riding a bicycle safely.

Define key terms related to cycling equipment and safety
